We’re tiny — like 6 people. Are we too small for you?

Nope, that’s our sweet spot. Most of our clients are 5–50 people who don’t want a full-time IT hire but need someone reliable. We scale the retainer to your headcount, so you’re never paying for an enterprise you don’t have.

Do we have to drop everything and switch vendors?

Not at all. Plenty of clients start with one project — a migration or a security cleanup — and decide later if they want the monthly stuff. There’s no all-or-nothing handcuff here.

What does “per project” mean for the budget?

For setups and migrations we quote a fixed number up front based on a quick scope. You approve it, we do it, you pay on completion. Ongoing support and monitoring are flat monthly fees so there are no scary surprise hours.

Are you around when something breaks at a weird hour?

Our monitoring runs 24/7, so a lot of issues get caught and fixed before you’re even awake. Live human support runs Wed–Sun 10am–5pm, with Mon & Tue by appointment — and urgent down-the-whole-office stuff always gets a fast call back.

You’re in Mansfield — do you come on-site?

Yes. We’re based at 10 Geneva St and cover the greater Mansfield area in person. Most day-to-day fixes happen remotely in minutes, but for installs, hardware, and the hands-on jobs we show up.
